Swimming Membership

This is a very different membership process to Social Membership. To renew as an Icebergs Winter Swimming Club Member, you need to be an existing member. New memberships are considered on an application-only basis in January each year. You will not be able to sign up as a new Icebergs Winter Swimming Club Member until the following year if you have missed the February Initiation period.

Types of Swimming Memberships

First Year Swimming Membership

All new swim members must first complete an Induction process before being accepted as a member. Once the Induction is complete and the application form is approved, new members can pay a $250 fee for a one-year membership. This must be paid at the venue on induction day.

Swimming Membership

An existing swimming member.

Pay $20 for renewal OR $250 for renewal with unlimited pool use: CLICK HERE

Swimming Membership & Volunteer

An existing swimming member and volunteer.

Life Member, Honorary Life Member, and Rajah Membership

Frequently Asked Questions

Swim Members must renew before 1st June 2025 for the 12 month Swim Membership period from 1 March 2025 to 1 March 2026.

Renewed Swim Members are entitled to access the club & discounts all year around.

If you do not renew by 1st June 2025, you will be 15B’d & have to re-apply to become a Swim Member.

Step-by-Step Renewal Guide

STEP 1 - Open the app

Click "Renew your membership".

STEP 2 - Update membership type

Click "yes" or "No" for pool access then proceed to click "Renew Membership"

STEP 3 - Add details

Enter the required details. Enter payment information and then enter your Date of Birth. Click "Pay $20.00" to renewal your membership.

STEP 1 - CREATE AN ACCOUNT

Enter your email address. Choose a password & click "Get Started".

STEP 2 - BECOME A MEMBER

Click "Become a member"

STEP 3 - ENTER YOUR DETAILS

Enter the required details. Click "Select your address" & enter your address. Choose your Date of Birth.

Upload a photo of your ID. Please note, this is only used for verification purposes upon sign up & is not stored in our database after you complete the sign up process. Your ID that you choose to upload is deleted from our database after you complete signing up as a social member.

STEP 4 - Pool Access

Choose whether you want unlimited pool access.

If you want unlimited pool access, the price is $650. If you do not want unlimited pool access the price is $60. You will still be able to access the pool by paying for a single-use pass.

Click "Purchase membership" & enter your credit card details.

STEP 5 - YOU ARE NOW A MEMBER

Congratulations, you are now a Social Member of Bondi Icebergs Club!

If you click "See your member card", this is where you will find your member barcode & details.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

If you still want a physical plastic membership card, you can apply to have a card printed for pick up at reception by emailing reception@icebergs.com.au with your full name and membership number. Your card will be available within 7 business days.
If you are not coming to the club in the near future you can also have a card printed and sent to you by posting a letter containing a self-stamped envelope to:
