Inspired by his own love for music, Matty G took up the guitar at the age of 7. It was only a few years later that Matty G discovered the late night dance parties and the capturing rhythms of the dance floor. Matty G promptly sold his guitar to purchase his decks and began performing at local house parties, basements and abandoned warehouses.  Now a regular fixture of Sydney’s nightlife / club scene, Matty G has shared the stage with such well-known international acts as Kanye West, Timmy Trumpet and The Potbelleez with his sights set on producing his own tracks for release.
